01 / Thickness

Use the same unit.

02 / Quantity

Make pack counts explicit.

Defaults illustrate a 90-bag pack × 60 packs. Enter confirmed packing values for your chosen SKU. For film, confirm the quotation unit with the supplier.

The arithmetic behind the results.

  • Microns = mil × 25.4, or millimetres × 1,000.
  • Lower / upper thickness = target × (1 − tolerance / 100) and target × (1 + tolerance / 100).
  • Total pieces = pieces per pack × packs per carton × cartons.

For example: 25 µm ±5% gives 23.75–26.25 µm; 90 bags × 60 packs × 1 carton gives 5,400 bags. These calculations do not set a strength rating, certify a tolerance or determine material suitability.
